Watching my baby sister get maried to the love of her life...PRICELESS
It surely was an amazing weekend and because both Kevin and myself were in the wedding party we have very, very few pictures. Thus, I have been trying to hold off on posting until we received the real pictures. But the requests were too many, so although they are not the best pictures and many family and friends are missing it was all we were able to capture in the midst of being in the wedding and being parents to the honorary flower girl who napped during the ceremony but partied hard during the reception. We will post more as we receive them. We love you Mary Beth and Carlos!

Walking!

In the middle of manicures, pedicures, packing and getting ready for my sister's wedding, Anna decided it was time to get serious about walking! This particular video was shot after she had been walking back and forth for a while as I was taking multiple videos. The first videos I took were vertical(sideways viewing) and thus we had to retake. Hope you enjoy!

Happy girl...

really happy girl with her carseat facing forward! Anna is thrilled to see the world pass her by in the car now that she is facing forward. She just giggles the whole ride and stretches her feet as far as they can go in hopes to touch mommy's seat. She loves that we can dance together now to the music on the radio. We have surely had fun these past two days running errands now that she can see me!

More pool fun!

Anna spent most of her time in the baby pool either playing with these goggles or a long green stick. She loved both of these items. They occupied her for a good long while. She also enjoyed going from the grass to the pool (pictured in an earlier post). She couldn't believe two of her favorite things, water and grass could be together!
Anna trying to love on Mac. He isn't so sure about her aggressiveness.
Eating dinner by the pool...doesn't get much better than this!
Anna with mommy (on day three of swimming). Anna's eyeing the baby pool grandmommy got for her and set-up in their backyard!

BIG POOL!

Anna's good friend, Mac had us over to swim at his grandparents pool. Anna had a blast in the baby pool. At the end of the day Anna was eyeing the big pool, so I decided to take her for a quick dip. We had steered clear of the big pool because the water was pretty chilly. The cold water did not phase our little one. She even kicked her feet under the water when we put her in the float above. Mac even ventured in the next day with his daddy.

One, Two, Three...

days of swimming at two different pools. And daddy worried that we had too many bathing suits. We still have a few more to show-off throughout the summer.
(more pool pictures to come, even some of Anna in the BIG pool!)

Bah Bah Black Sheep...

Yes, this is one of Anna's favorite songs. Mainly because she has the bah, bah down. However, she always says three bahs. It makes me smile. Smiling is not what she is doing in the picture above. Anna was very serious on our trip to the Natural Science Center. She was taking it all in. She did smile REALLY big at the bunny rabbit and pigeon. Why those, I am not sure. Maybe because they were smaller and not so intimidating. We thought she would like seeing a real Tommy the Turtle (pictured above) but he didn't even crack a smile from our Anna. When asked what a sheep says, Anna responds, "bah, bah."
